How Does It Feel to be Screwed?

"Houston, we have a problem."

"Well, we're screwed."

"Could this possibly get any worse?"

"John, this is bad."  "Yeah.  I've never seen it any worse."

"Personally, I intend to pull my blanket over my head and hope it will all go away."  "But that never works."  "Well, it did when I was a child!"

"No, I don't want to look behind me right now."  "Why?"  "Because he's there."

 

Well, he is there.  The $enator$, fed by the public who is reading the Jann Wenner smear-rags (Rolling Stone and Us Weekly among others) and their lap dogs in the liberal media, have passed what others have been calling "Crap Sandwich 2.0."

How does it feel to know that your taxes, inspite of the politician$ worthless ramblings about going down will all but certainly have to go up ... probably substantially to pay for the pork they've laden the bailout bill with.  How does it feel?

Feel useless right now?  If not, you should.  The politician$ just voted themselves, their lobbyists and their lapdogs more of our money to "solve" the problem.

But that never works.  Throwing money at the problem without correcting the conditions that caused the problem is just stupid.  And if you've studied history at all, you'll know that it has almost never worked.

Statisically speaking, you'd have a better chance of an asteroid hitting you on the head (and killing you) and then GOING BACK UP INTO ORBIT and coming down and hitting you on the head again.  I've yet to see that happen.

But the "public opinion" (led by wait ... lemme guess ... the liberal media?!?) have given the politician$ the green light to screw us yet again.  Again.

Be prepared for higher taxes.  The politician$, emboldened by their brazen rape of the American people, will find new ways to tax you.  Be ready for it.

The United States of Socialism is what we've become.  Be prepared also for a mammoth bloating of the government.  Just remember, by paying attention to Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and God-only-knows which "celebrity" that is doing something completly stupid, you've let them.

The time is past to put down the Jann Wenner smear rags. 

I'm now going to say something that is going to get me into more trouble than I've ever been in before, but I believe it's true.  So, here goes.

We just lost our country.
